Waitlist privacy notice

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email, whether you're a creator or a brand, and your confirmation that you're 18 or older. If you choose to add more, we also keep your name, country, niche or industry, main platform and handle, audience size, company, and website.

For security we keep a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) and your browser's user agent, to stop spam and duplicate signups.

How we use it

To hold your spot, decide who gets access first, email you when your spot opens, and send launch updates about Candidhive. We use the optional details to understand who is joining and to plan our marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use service providers to run the waitlist: Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and bot protection, and an email provider to send waitlist emails. Our marketing partner may use waitlist details to plan Candidhive campaigns, under the same rules.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email. To see, correct, or delete your waitlist information, email hello@candidhive.com from the address you signed up with.

Age

Candidhive is only for people 18 or older. If we learn that someone under 18 joined, we delete their information.

Changes

We'll publish a full privacy policy and terms before Candidhive opens. Joining the app itself will require agreeing to them.
